More services reopen at Lismore Recycling & Recovery Centre
Tuesday, 23 June 2020

The Wyrallah Road facility is accepting domestic asbestos such as household kits, commercial asbestos and any other waste containing asbestos.
Council has made some changes to requirements regarding packaging, transporting and receiving of asbestos to ensure the safety of staff and users.
Please visit our Asbestos page for full details.
The popular Community Recycling Centre has also reopened with new safety measures in place after it was closed due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Residents can once again safely dispose of items such as batteries, oils, fluorescent light tubes, and household and garden chemicals.
The Lismore Revolve Shop remains closed at this time. It will reopen once all restrictions regarding handling of materials are lifted.
The Lismore Recycling & Recovery Centre is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 3pm and Saturdays from 9am to 4pm.
